Stratus, the MEP operating system trusted by contractors across electrical, piping & plumbing, and sheet metal trades, today announced a partnership with Procore, the leading provider of construction management software. The first release of the Stratus Integration data connector, now in beta on the Procore App Marketplace, publishes current-revision documents from Stratus into Procore. When a package is updated after a design change, the new revision follows automatically, keeping the shop and field on the same set.
For MEP contractors who run fabrication in Stratus and the project in Procore, the handoff between is where the gap begins. Drawings that already exist in Stratus still have to be exported, uploaded a second time, and re-checked before the field can use them in Procore. When two systems hold the same data, revisions drift, and the field can end up building off a stale sheet. Crews chase package status through phone calls, email and paper.
The new Stratus Integration starts with the drawings, taking the manual handoff out of the process and the stale sheet out of the field.
“TDIndustries has a strong partnership with both Stratus and Procore, the two best-in-class technology platforms,” said David Ronson, Director of Construction Technology Solutions at TDIndustries. “A seamless integration between them will create a frictionless experience for our frontline Partners, giving them more time to passionately pursue excellence for our clients and less time managing technology.”
“MEP contractors are moving more of their work into the shop, and the field needs to see what the shop sees,” said Tyler Barron, CRO of Stratus. “To get the most out of prefabrication, contractors need one system that keeps up as work moves from design to the shop floor, through shipping and logistics, and out to field installation. Procore is where project teams already work, so the most useful thing we can do is feed it. Stratus stays the source of fabrication truth, Procore stays the project system of intelligence, and now one keeps the other current.”
“Connecting the model, the shop and the field is a critical component of construction that lives in disparate systems,” said Brian Clark, Procore’s Head of Specialty Contractor Product. “Partnering with Stratus brings Procore steps closer to connecting everyone in construction on a global platform by creating a seamless journey from model, to prefab to installed materials. All united into a grounded reality of as-built conditions, aligned by the office and ready for the field.”
Stratus is a sponsor at Procore's Groundbreak 2026 in Orlando, Fla., Oct. 20-22, where attendees can explore this new integration. To learn more, visit www.stratus.build, Stratus’ listing on Procore App Marketplace, or contact your Stratus account team.
