October 2, 2026 — TRUERESTORE, the AI-native field documentation and estimating platform for restoration and mitigation contractors, today announced that its 130 contractor customers have created 50,000 projects on the platform. With that milestone, Ripple, the AI project coordinator the company launched yesterday, is now built into every TRUERESTORE job.
Each project holds the full field record of a job: moisture readings, drying logs, LiDAR scans, 360 photos, walkthrough videos and the crew's notes. Ripple works from that record, not from general knowledge. It knows which job it's in, what has been captured, and what is still missing.
In restoration, a project coordinator back at the office usually turns that record into something useful. They read notes, check readings against dry goals, chase techs for missing photos, track equipment and rebuild the job before an estimate can go out. Ripple now does that first pass, by voice or text, from the job site or the truck.
"Everyone has access to the same AI models now. The difference in winning is how you resign your process around AI wor," said Jon Sibley, Founder and CEO of TRUEBUILT Software. "Fifty thousand jobs means our contractors have built a deep, structured record of how restoration work actually gets documented, dried and paid. That's why now is the right time for Ripple. An AI coordinator is only as good as the job data underneath it, and our customers have spent years building that foundation. Ripple turns that record into work done, so crews get off site sooner and contractors get paid faster."
A day with Ripple
A tech heading to a job can ask, "Before I get there, what rooms are already dry?" Ripple answers from that job's readings. The living room and master bedroom are at goal. The kitchen floor is at 15 percent against a target of 12, and at the current drying rate it should be dry by tomorrow afternoon. Then Ripple offers to go through the equipment still on site, so the tech knows what can be pulled.
On site, the tech can say, "Draft the scope for this loss." Ripple writes it from what has been documented and flags anything missing before the job goes to estimating. At the end of the day, the tech can ask Ripple to log the work, update the job status and generate the Summary of Loss.
Back at the office, an owner or coordinator can ask Ripple which jobs are still missing photos or moisture maps, which jobs are close to dry, and which are ready to bill.
What Ripple does
- Knows the job. Answers questions from that job's own scans, readings, photos, videos and notes.
- Tracks drying. Shows which rooms and materials have hit dry goals, what's still wet, and when it's likely to be dry at the current rate.
- Thinks ahead. Follows up with the next useful step, such as reviewing equipment still on site once rooms hit goal.
- Catches gaps on site. Flags missing photos, readings or moisture maps while the crew is still there to fix them, not after the carrier kicks the file back.
- Drafts the scope. Writes the scope of work from the documentation and gets the job ready for a carrier-accepted Xactimate estimate.
- Does the paperwork. Logs work notes, updates job status, and generates Summary of Loss, photo and moisture reports.
- Works across jobs for the office. Shows which jobs are missing documentation, nearing dry, or ready to estimate and bill.
- Keeps people in control. Every change goes to the user to confirm first.
- Goes where the crew goes. Works by voice or text, hands-free from the truck or on the job site.
