Wohlsen Construction announced today that Mike Berardi, Senior Vice President of its Delaware Valley Region, will retire at the end of 2026 following a distinguished career spanning more than 45 years in the construction industry, including 15 years leading Wohlsen's Delaware Valley operations. As part of a planned leadership transition, Brett Stevens has been appointed Senior Vice President of the Delaware Valley Region and will succeed Berardi upon his retirement.
For the past 15 years, Berardi has led Wohlsen's Delaware Valley Region through a period of sustained growth while strengthening relationships with clients, partners, and employee-owners throughout the region. Known for his steady leadership and commitment to client service, Berardi has helped shape the region's culture and positioned it for continued success well into the future.

Stevens, who joined Wohlsen in 2021, currently serves as Vice President of Revenue Strategy. In that role, he works closely across the company to strengthen client relationships and advance Wohlsen's commitment to delivering best-in-class construction services. With more than 26 years of experience spanning design, real estate development, finance, business strategy, and construction management, Stevens brings a broad range of leadership experience to his new role.
Prior to joining Wohlsen, Stevens held several executive leadership positions and built a diverse background spanning design, real estate development, finance, and construction management. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with clients to understand their goals, navigate complex challenges, and bring projects from concept to completion. His professional achievements and past affiliations include recognition as a 40 Under 40 Award by the American City Business Journals, Habitat for Humanity Board Member, ULI Member, and an ACE Mentor.
