Construction management firm STO Building Group (STOBG) has added Tyler Swartzwelder as Senior Vice President of Operations.
At STOBG, Swartzwelder will focus on partnering with leaders throughout the STOBG family of builders to help improve and support operational strategy, efficiencies, and initiatives such as joint venture opportunities, sector diversity, complex project execution, and the company’s Safety 360° philosophy.

Swartzwelder brings nearly 20 years of operational leadership experience across a range of sectors within the construction industry, including mission critical, public administration, higher education, entertainment, healthcare, and tenant interiors. He joins STOBG from Gilbane Building Company, where he served as senior vice president and business leader for the Washington, DC office.
