On most heavy civil projects, percent complete is produced by a person and is a subjective evaluation. A superintendent walks the site, forms a judgment, and enters a number into the schedule. That number drives pay applications, resourcing decisions, and the completion date committed to the owner — and there is rarely an artifact to back it up. Progress Tracking replaces that judgment call with a precise measurement.
The module closes a gap that the industry has bridged manually for two decades. Design lives in CAD or IFC. The schedule lives in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Site conditions live in drone flights and photos. Progress Tracking connects all three: each design object is linked to the schedule activity that builds it, then recorded as complete, object by object, in the current site capture.
