San Antonio, Texas (July 22, 2026) — Catamount Constructors, a 100% employee-owned general contractor, announces the addition of Darius Weaver as Director of MEP & Technical Systems for the company’s National Industrial Group. Based in San Antonio, Weaver will lead the continued development of Catamount’s technical systems expertise, strengthening project delivery for clients across the company’s growing industrial portfolio.
The newly created leadership role reflects Catamount’s ongoing investment in delivering increasingly complex industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, and advanced-technology projects. Weaver will provide strategic leadership throughout project planning and execution, partnering with operations teams to enhance coordination, technical oversight, quality, and the performance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty building systems.
Weaver brings more than 25 years of construction experience leading complex commercial and industrial projects nationwide. His background includes mission-critical data centers, semiconductor manufacturing facilities, hospitality, healthcare, higher education, corporate, retail, and large-scale renovation projects. Most recently, he served as Lead Superintendent with DPR Construction, where he led highly technical projects requiring complex MEP coordination, system integration, and commissioning. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.

As Director of MEP & Technical Systems, Weaver will work closely with project teams nationwide to support preconstruction planning, technical coordination, constructability reviews, system commissioning, and best practices for complex building systems. His leadership will help strengthen Catamount’s ability to deliver high-performing facilities and provide additional technical resources to clients and project teams.
