Construction management firm Structure Tone announced that it has named Eugene P. White as President.
As a veteran of the firm with more than 30 years of industry experience, White brings a broad perspective to the role, shaped by leadership positions spanning operations, estimating, client relations, and executive management.
As President, he will help guide Structure Tone’s overall vision, growth, and client relationships, while strengthening alignment across STO Building Group’s family of builders. White will work closely with John White, Jr. and James Reidy to lead Structure Tone alongside affiliated companies BCCI, Govan Brown, Pavarini North East, and Structure Tone International, supporting continued growth and performance across the STO Building Group platform.
“Eugene’s ability to connect operational excellence with a strong client-focused mindset makes him an exceptional leader for Structure Tone,” says Bob Mullen, CEO of STO Building Group, Structure Tone’s parent organization. “His experience across the business and commitment to collaboration will continue to drive value for our clients and our entire family of builders.”
Industry Experience and Vision for Growth
Throughout his career, White has developed a strong understanding of the firm’s client-first culture and the importance of maintaining that focus as the business evolves. In his new role, he will continue to leverage the collective strengths of STO Building Group’s network to enhance collaboration, drive consistency, and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients across markets.
White also serves on the STO Building Group Board of Directors, a position he has held since 2012. In this capacity, he helps shape the company’s long-term strategy, ensuring growth remains aligned with client needs and market opportunities.
Commitment to Community and Industry Engagement
Outside of work, White is an active supporter of charitable initiatives, serving on the Board of Directors for The Friends of St. Dominic’s, where he chairs the organization’s annual industry dinner, helping raise millions of dollars for social services.
He holds a degree in business management from Fairfield University and a diploma in building construction management from New York University.
