In this role, Aulbert will lead the firm's Texas operations, driving strategic growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding American Global's presence across one of the nation's most dynamic construction and infrastructure markets.
A respected industry leader with extensive experience in construction performance security, risk management and client advisory services, Aulbert brings a proven track record of helping contractors, developers, and project stakeholders navigate strategy on complex accounts and risk while supporting long-term business growth.

Paul Messenger, who successfully founded and led American Global's Texas operations, will transition into a strategic Business Advisory role. In this capacity, Messenger will continue to support key client relationships, mentor team members, and help drive growth initiatives throughout the region.
