Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ENR Top 400 Contractor, welcomes Victor Huerta, DBIA, as Project Executive supporting the company’s national industrial market sector team based in San Antonio, Texas.
Huerta brings more than two decades of construction experience across industrial, multifamily, and large-scale commercial projects. In his new role, he will support project execution and client relationships across Catamount’s growing industrial portfolio nationwide.
He joins Catamount from OHT Partners, where he served as Project Executive, and previously held leadership roles at Embrey Partners, Turner Construction Company, and D.E. Harvey Builders. His experience includes leading complex projects, managing self-perform operations, and driving value through strategic planning and execution.

Huerta holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and is a Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) professional. He is a Life Member of the San Antonio Rodeo and has been actively involved in the local construction community, serving on the City of San Antonio Building-Related & Fire Code Appeals & Advisory Board, the Construction Careers Academy Business Advisory Council, and the Lanier Construction and Architecture Institute Business Advisory Council. His passion for mentoring and investing in the next generation of industry leaders is evident in this work.
