American Global is extremely pleased to announce that Damien Kolosky has joined the firm as President - International. Damien is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across design and construction, infrastructure development and investment, and sophisticated risk environments.
Damien will serve as a key member of the organization’s executive leadership team. As President, he will help shape the strategic vision for the firm’s global expansion while overseeing international teams and partnerships in support of multinational clients, contractors and developers who operate across complex markets. He will lead American Global’s international growth and oversee operations in Rome, which services clients across Europe.
Prior to joining American Global, Damien held senior executive roles within top-tier international construction organizations as well as infrastructure investment firms and asset managers, where he led origination and development activities, overseeing large-scale infrastructure initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. In these roles, he was responsible for driving strategic growth, managing institutional and public-sector partnerships, and navigating the regulatory, financial, and operational complexities associated with major infrastructure projects.
Damien also brings deep industry expertise from his two decades at Bouygues Construction, one of the world’s leading construction groups. There, he held senior positions across Asia and Latin America and ultimately served as Managing Director in North America and a member of the international executive committee.

Damien holds a Master of Engineering degree from the prestigious Grand école, ESTP, in France and is tri-lingual (English/French/Spanish).
