The acquisition connects high-fidelity jobsite data—captured via LiDAR and 360-degree walkthroughs–directly to TRUEBUILT’s AI estimation engine, enabling contractors to scope work faster, track production more consistently, and reduce change orders across the project lifecycle. The combination advances TRUEBUILT’s vision for an end-to-end, AI-native platform transforming real-world site conditions into real-time decisions.

TRUEBUILT will extend Capabuild’s core capture technology to support commercial construction workflows. Sibley will remain CEO of TRUEBUILT, leading both entities.
