Joe Byrne brings 23 years of experience in the construction industry, with extensive expertise in multifamily development in Metro Atlanta. Most recently, he served as Senior Project Manager at Mill Creek Residential Trust, where he led projects from preconstruction to turnover and committed to delivering apartment communities that truly feel like home. His approach reflects Catamount’s employee-owned culture by emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and a focus on long-term project execution results.
Over the past decade, Byrne has overseen nearly 1,000 residential units, from preconstruction to turnover, valued at over $280 million. His project portfolio highlights high-profile developments such as Hanover West Peachtree, Modera Decatur, and Modera Parkside. He is known for building strong, long-term relationships with subcontractor partners and fostering a culture of trust, ownership, and dependable execution across project teams.

Byrne holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a licensed General Contractor.
