Founded by Sheila Loberg Urban, who grew up in her family’s general contracting business, SHEcon reflects a belief that the future of construction depends on scalable systems, strong relationships, and reinvestment in human capital. The company is purpose-built to deliver interior renovations, portfolio rollouts, and ongoing facilities services across multiple locations and markets.

SHEcon operates through a programmatic delivery model supported by a trusted local trade network and field teams in each market, ensuring speed, accountability, and consistent execution while preserving the responsiveness required for interior and facilities work.

In addition to delivering interior construction and facilities services, SHEcon will lead on-the-job training initiatives designed to expand access to careers in the skilled trades. Through partnerships with local high schools, apprenticeship programs, and community organizations, SHEcon is creating additional pathways for aspiring tradespeople to gain hands-on exposure to the construction industry.
