Jeff Havranek is a builder‑leader who pairs two decades of CM‑at‑Risk, Design‑Build and Design–Bid–Build experience with a talent for developing high‑impact teams and deep client partnerships. He joined Granger as a Project Engineer in 2006, returned in 2020 to take on complex programs as a Senior Project Manager, and most recently served as Regional Director for Southeast Michigan, helping activate Granger’s Corktown office to support growth across the region. His portfolio spans mission‑critical, civic and community work, including the LEED® Gold Detroit Arsenal Administration Building & Parking Structure, the State of Michigan DTMB Caro Psychiatric Hospital, Ann Arbor Public Schools renovations, the Jackson YMCA, and multiple K‑12 and healthcare facilities across Michigan and Washington. In his Regional Vice President role, Jeff Havranek will continue advancing Granger’s BUILD 2030 vision by elevating talent, strengthening market presence and championing a collaborative, safety‑first culture.
Margie Ramsey brings more than 22 years of construction leadership experience to her role; experience shaped not only by her ability to guide complex construction projects, but also by the way she develops people. Since joining Granger in 2022 as Regional Director of Ohio, Margie has become known as a steady, hands‑on leader whose process discipline and communication style create clarity for clients and confidence for her teams. She invests deeply in coaching emerging talent, empowering project staff to grow their technical and leadership capabilities while fostering a culture of accountability, empathy and shared success. Her project portfolio includes major justice and healthcare work, such as the Wood County Jail Expansion, Stark County Jail, Greene County Justice Center, Lorain County Jail and multiple programs with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. In her Regional Vice President role, Margie will continue shaping a high-performing, people-first regional team that delivers exceptional results across Ohio.
