Since joining Catamount in 2023, Juneghani has distinguished himself as a trusted leader and construction expert who consistently delivers results while strengthening the teams and relationships around him. Known for his ability to foster relationships, elevate teammates, and lead with authenticity, Joe exemplifies Catamount’s core values both on and off the jobsite. 

Throughout his tenure, Juneghani has successfully managed complex construction projects by combining technical expertise with a collaborative, people-first approach. His leadership style fosters trust among clients, trade partners, and internal teams, contributing to smooth project execution, repeat business, and high-performing project environments. In his new role as Project Executive, Juneghani will continue to provide strategic oversight from preconstruction through closeout, mentor and develop project teams, and partner closely with clients to ensure alignment, accountability, and exceptional results.
