Ediphi, a cloud-based preconstruction platform that centralizes estimating and cost management, today announced its 2025 year-end results, highlighting significant revenue expansion, rapid enterprise adoption among top builders, and continued traction in replacing legacy estimating tools with a modern, cloud-native system of record.
In 2025, Ediphi achieved more than 200% year-over-year revenue growth and expanded its team by 150% to support the increasing demand from enterprises. The company deepened adoption across the market, with enterprise-wide rollouts among five of the top 20 U.S. builders and pilot programs underway with ENR Top 100 firms, as more contractors moved to standardize preconstruction workflows on a single, cloud-native platform.
Ediphi also continued to displace legacy estimating approaches at scale, successfully migrating companies from every major estimating solution and consolidating teams into a single source of truth. Major enterprise agreements, including DPR and Hensel Phelps, reinforced the company’s momentum, achieving a semi-standard four-month adoption rate across key deployments. To support that pace, Ediphi maintained strong customer responsiveness throughout the year, with a 9-minute median response time across all support tickets in 2025.
“Preconstruction has been trapped in disconnected desktop tools and spreadsheets for too long,” said Dustin DeVan, CEO and Co-Founder of Ediphi. “In 2025, we proved that enterprise-scale estimating can be standardized without sacrificing how teams actually work. The results, from growth to adoption speed to support performance, reflect one thing: contractors are ready for a single source of truth in the cloud.”
Enterprise standardization at scale
In 2025, Ediphi expanded deployments with several of North America’s largest contractors to standardize preconstruction across U.S.-based teams and replace a patchwork of legacy tools with a unified platform.
“Our goal has always been to simplify our workflows and enhance productivity across our teams,” said Alan Watt, a senior preconstruction technology leader at DPR. “Ediphi’s modern, web-based approach allows us to centralize estimating data, improve collaboration, and future-proof our preconstruction capabilities.”
Looking ahead to 2026
Ediphi will continue investing in product innovation to empower the people who plan the built world. In 2026, Ediphi plans to release new solutions that help contractors reach target value design by managing issues, streamlining value engineering, and tracking cost trends, along with trade-specific estimating solutions for self-performing general contractors and specialty contractors. Together, these capabilities will improve collaboration across offices and joint ventures, and help teams move faster from early concept through GMP and procurement.
Ediphi is a cloud-based preconstruction and estimating platform that centralizes cost management, estimating, and data into one connected system. The company helps contractors and owners move projects from early design through cost modeling, detailed estimating, value engineering, and contract execution in a unified environment, improving decision-making and reducing risk. Founded and led by construction technology veteran Dustin DeVan, who previously founded BuildingConnected (acquired by Autodesk), Ediphi is focused on radically simplifying preconstruction for teams across North America and beyond.
