Jan. 13, 2026 – Nox Group, a hyper-scale industrial builder, announced a notable round of executive promotions and organizational realignments across its Phoenix headquarters and Southwest operations to support rising demand nationwide for mission-critical industrial facilities, including data centers, semiconductor plants, and water and wastewater infrastructure.
One of the fastest-growing construction companies in Arizona, Nox Group’s updated leadership structure is designed to enhance operational scalability, deepen technical expertise and strengthen the company’s ability to execute increasingly complex and sizable industrial projects across the country. The promotions span Nox Group and its four operating companies – electrical subcontractor Corbins, self-perform water and wastewater general contractor RMCI, virtual construction design and fabrication firm Nox Innovations, and tagging solutions provider Construction Labels.
These shifts support new and emerging functions in project delivery, internal operations, scalability, fabrication, accounting and field support. The changes also include a refined structure within Nox Innovations, separating virtual design and virtual construction into two focused departments for tighter integration between modeling teams and field operations.
“Seeing our leaders step into these expanded roles is something I’m really proud of,” said Justin Martin, CEO of Nox Group. “These are talented people who’ve been part of our growth for a long time, and this structure gives them the room and span of control to keep pushing the company forward. As the work ramps up, having the right folks leading the charge is what will keep us successful for years to come.”
