Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned national general contractor, announces key leadership transitions to strengthen companywide alignment and growth across the Southeast and its national industrial platform. These moves align senior leadership to enhance regional operations, expand national industrial capabilities, and deliver consistent, high-quality project outcomes. 

Mitch Brown, Senior Vice President, Florida, transitions from leading the Atlanta Business Unit to oversee Catamount’s Florida operations. In this role, he leads project execution, team development, and client relationships across the state, supporting continued growth in Tampa and other Florida markets. Brown brings 23 years of experience across Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial Office, Multifamily, Municipal, and Hospitality construction. Since joining Catamount in 2019, he has led complex projects across the Southeast, advanced internal processes, and guided teams from preconstruction through closeout. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. 

Stephanie Martinez, Vice President, Industrial, continues to play a key leadership role within Catamount’s Industrial Group while transitioning day-to-day Tampa office leadership and Florida operations to Mitch Brown. In her national role, Martinez leads strategic industrial client relationships, supports complex project delivery, and reinforces consistent standards across Catamount’s industrial work. She opened Catamount’s Tampa office three years ago to better serve national industrial clients in Florida, expand market opportunities, and establish a regional platform aligned with the company’s long-term industrial strategy. Martinez brings deep experience in delivering industrial projects and leading teams across multiple markets. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio. 

Andy Brown, promoted to Senior Vice President, now heads Catamount’s Atlanta Business Unit, continuing to drive operations and project delivery across Georgia, the Carolinas, and surrounding markets. With 20 years of experience spanning preconstruction, contracting, design management, development support, and business development, he has a comprehensive understanding of project delivery and a strong network of client relationships. Brown holds a Masters of Science in Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.
