Mark III Construction, Inc. (M3), a leader in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction and modular innovation, announced today its move to a 340,000-square-foot advanced manufacturing facility, including 34,000 square feet of office space, to support the rapid expansion of the company. 

As the world evolves, so does construction, shifting away from traditional stick-built methods toward an industrialized approach where major building components are designed, manufactured, and assembled off-site in a controlled factory environment, rather than built piece by piece on the jobsite. M3’s new facility, located in McClellan Park, is designed for large-scale production of fully finished modular pods, interior and exterior componentized wall panels, and prefabricated MEP systems, including mechanical skids, electrical racks, and plumbing assemblies. This investment enables the company to serve customers more efficiently with a streamlined industrialized construction approach, strengthen quality control, and accelerate delivery for data center and healthcare markets, while maintaining the flexibility to support commercial, industrial, and public sector projects.
