With nearly 40 years of industry experience and 35 years at W.E. O’Neil, he brings deep operational knowledge and a proven track record of leadership to the company’s national operations as the firm celebrates its 100th year of building.

We’re building on a strong foundation to become even stronger, more efficient, and the best client partner in the market.”
Finn praised Guthrie’s leadership and experience: “Todd has been an extraordinary leader for decades, building our Colorado operations from the ground up, guiding Arizona and Tennessee, and mentoring countless employee-owners along the way. His ability to see the big picture while developing individuals makes him the right leader to unify our operations and position the company for long-term growth.”
