NEW YORK, NY (September 23, 2025) – Today NYC-based construction management firm Pavarini McGovern (PMG) announced that Marc DePaul has been named President of the company. Eric McGovern remains CEO.
DePaul has been with PMG since its founding in 2001, joining as a project manager after over a decade in operations roles. After beginning his career as an estimator, he moved into project management, where he was ultimately named VP of Operations. As President, he will continue to work with CEO Eric McGovern to build some of the world’s most complex, high-profile projects, from multifamily and commercial high-rises to cultural destinations.
“Marc has not only served as a steadfast project leader in our organization, but he has also become a sounding board, mentor, and trusted partner for our clients and for our business,” says McGovern. “With our recent expansion into Florida, Marc’s leadership and expertise will be even more valuable to clients expanding their portfolios.”
McGovern, who also leads the eastern region of parent company STO Building Group, has also promoted Matt Sarver to Executive Vice President. Sarver joined STO Building Group in 2023 to help STOBG builders leverage each other’s resources and expertise across the Eastern US. He has been critical to expanding the company’s southeastern footprint, including establishing PMG’s new office in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Pavarini McGovern has led the construction of some of the country’s most complex and innovative buildings, including the recent completion of 25 Water Street, the largest office-to-residential conversion in North America.
