The “Best Places to Work” honor is determined by results of a rigorous two-part evaluation process that combines an employer questionnaire on company practices, policies, and demographics with an extensive and confidential employee survey measuring satisfaction and engagement. According to anonymized survey results, American Global exceeded industry benchmarks in seven out of eight categories, with standout performances (90% or above) in corporate culture, leadership, and role satisfaction.
