A dozen Del Webb home designs will debut on July 13 from 10:00am-1:00pm at the Del Webb Nocatee Grand Opening. Visitors to the 55-plus, resort-style community will be the first to tour seven models of Next Gen Plans homes. They will also enjoy light refreshments and live music performed by Cloud9.
“Innovations abound in every home design,” said Clint Ball, president of PulteGroup’s north Florida division. “Architects reorganized floor plans to brighten living areas and to enlarge garage, laundry room and storage spaces. Certified kitchen designers created smart enhancements including a walk-in pantry.”
Parent company PulteGroup Inc. chose Del Webb Nocatee to present the first models: Mystique Grand, Palmary, Prosperity, Renown, Stardom and Stellar Grand homes, plus the Ellenwood villa.
The Next Gen Plans for all 12 homes range from 1,488 square feet to more than 3,361 square feet. Several include loft options or a golf-cart garage. The single-family residences sit on 50-foot lots or 65-foot estate homesites;the villas are low-maintenance duplexes. Each residence showcases smart-home wiring, high-quality stainless-steel appliances and energy-efficient features. Prices start from the mid-$200s.
Residents of the active-adult community will enjoy a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse with private grill and tavern, a resort-style pool with swimming lanes, game courts and a fitness center. A full-time lifestyle director will manage activities ranging from cycling to gardening to book clubs.
Home ownership includes access to amenities in the master Nocatee community such as greenway trails, kayak launch, water parks and dog parks. The Del Webb community is less than nine miles from the ocean and just minutes from Nocatee Town Center, with shops, restaurants, salons and spas.
Del Webb Nocatee is opening its initial phase in July and will have a total of 854 homesites with both water and preserve views available.
