Boca Raton, FL – El-Ad National Properties, an Elad Group company, is excited to announce that the concrete pour for the foundation of ALINA Residences has commenced. The luxury condominium project located in the heart of Downtown Boca Raton is on track for completion in the fourth quarter of 2020. The project’s first phase broke ground last month and will bring 121 residences to Boca Raton. The building’s construction is being managed by MOSS Construction.

Starting in the morning on April 18, concrete trucks were used to begin laying the foundation for the luxury residences. MOSS Construction oversaw the concrete pour.
