June 2018 – Recognizing the urgent need for training new hires entering the garage door industry, Garaga has developed its own e-learning course for its line of residential products.
The course Garaga created is composed of 6 training modules that help an employee being introduced to garage doors to better take advantage of sales opportunities and to more effectively advise customers in their choice of a garage door system. Using relevant information, role playing and games, this interactive training (e-learning) course is an advantage for any employees who work with Garaga products!
Here is an overview of the contents of each module:
# 1 – Learn and understand Garaga’s reference tools.
# 2 – Advise customers based on the styles, models and colors of available garage doors.
# 3 – Know how to coordinate decorative windows according to the door model selected by the customer.
# 4 – Understand R-value, weathertightness and thermal breaks along with garage door materials and construction types.
# 5 – Specify the measurements to take to order the right size door. As well, understand the hardware options and the elements of doorframe construction before the installation.
# 6 – Use Garaga’s extranet, GaragaNet, to its fullest potential.
What makes this e-learning very practical is that it can be taken one module at a time, and if it is interrupted at any time, it can be resumed from where it left off.
To learn more about this subject or to access this e-learning course, you only have to contact Garaga’s Customer Service at 1 (866) 942-7242.
