CALVIS WYANT LUXURY HOMES WINS GOTOUR® INDUSTRY CHOICE AWARD AT THE NATIONALS 2018
Avid Ratings, the creator of the award-winning GoTour® home virtualization system for the homebuilding industry, announced today that Scottsdale, Arizona-based Calvis Wyant Luxury Homes won the GoTour® Industry Choice Award for its Modern Mediterranean tour at The NationalsSM 2018. The National Sales and Marketing Awards are presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), a council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The Gold Award winning tour was developed by Focus 360, an architectural visualization firm that uses architectural CAD elements to develop virtual model homes. The tour was then converted to the GoTour® platform for voting.
The GoTour® Industry Choice Award Presented by Avid Ratings honored the builder that had the best digital home tour based on industry peer votes, looking at overall integration of user experience, aesthetics of the home and design as well as the level of meta data available.

GoTour® enhanced technology allows customers to choose from a variety of integrated digital touring methods to captivate them, convert sales prospects, and increase product option sales. Builders can offer high-definition (HD) video complemented with voiceover, music, and/or virtual reality (VR) headset mode for fully immersive tours. Computer-Generated Imagery provides tours of homes that are still under construction.
