Perini Management Services, a subsidiary of Los Angeles-based Tutor Perini, has won a contract worth $900 million from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Middle East District for work that will spread across Israel, according to a Dec. 16 news release from the builder.
The multiple-award task order contract will see the firm compete for task orders on design-bid-build jobs in Israel, primarily for the country’s Ministry of Defense, according to the news release. The contract’s shared capacity of $900 million will extend for a base period of two years, followed by 5 consecutive one-year options.
The award builds on Perini Management Service’s portfolio of work in the Middle East, which spreads across Iraq, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Lebanon and Egypt, per the news release.
The scope of services may include:
- Maintenance, repairs, alteration, construction, demolition, excavation, site and infrastructure improvements
- Airfield aprons and pavements
- Aircraft hangars
- Utility plants
- Maintenance facilities
- Warehouses and other facilities
Tutor Perini’s business portfolio has pulled other USACE jobs across the world. In June 2024, the company, via a joint venture with its subsidiary Black Construction, won a $74.4 million contract at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam.
Earlier this month, Tutor Perini Management Services won a $35.8 million job to build a new tool and die facility at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant in Middletown, Iowa.
