Trinity Building and Construction Management Corp. says it will be the contractor for renovation of a Benihana restaurant at 47 W. 56th St. in Manhattan and the build-out of three Bobby’s Burger Palace restaurants in College Park, Md., Cherry Hill, N.J., and Roosevelt Field, N.Y.
This is Trinity’s first project for Benihana and consists of a full interior gut and fit-out, the company said. The project will expand the restaurant by an additional 2,600 square feet to 8,881 square feet.
The burger restaurants were created by television “Iron Chef” Bobby Flay.
Trinity spokesperson Jordan Zuhr said the firm has focused on work for the retail and hospitality industries as well as corporate commercial construction.
