Jones Lang LaSalle sees Investment throughout 2012 growing at a pace lower than it did in 2011, which in turn was lower than 2009, according to a Jones Lang LaSalle report. Election year will present more risk-averse headlines.
Nonetheless, core markets continue to improve, and the U.S. could become a safe haven for foreign capital due to global issues, the report says.
