It took no time at all for CamWest Development LLC, a home builder in the Seattle suburbs, to get a new look on its website after an acqusition announced today.
The CamWest logo now carries the added line, "A Toll Brothers Company."
Toll Brothers announced the buyouy from its Horsham, Penn., headquarters. It said it had acquired "substantially all of the assets and operations" of CamWest.
CamWest's operations give Toll Brothers about 1,300 lots owned and 200 lots controlled in King and Snohomish counties, Toll brothers said.
CamWest, which Eric Campbell founded in 1989, focuses on Seattle's Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Bothell, and Snoqualmie suburbs. It has built about 2,800 homes so far, Toll brothers said in its announcement.
