Dive Brief:
- A concrete form for a wall collapsed Monday afternoon in Maybrook, N.Y., about 55 miles north of New York City, burying three workers, authorities said.
- Two of the workers were freed quickly from the wood and concrete, but it took rescue workers longer to get to the other victim, who died before he could be rescued.
- The wall was near a truck-repair facility in the village but was part of a water-supply project for New York City, which gets its water from upstate.
