Dive Brief:
- Sandlin Homes, which announced this month that it will undertake a $50 million development in North Richland Hills, Texas, has now come out with a $43 million project in Keller, near Fort Worth.
- The new project will comprise about 185 houses that will start between $150,000 and $160,000.
- The company said it chose the location partly because of the school district in which the houses will be.
Dive Insight:
Sandlin says it will build on about half of the lots in the newest development, and has sold the rest to Holiday Homes. Both projects are scheduled to break ground in June.
