Two just-announced joint ventures – with Champion Real Estate and Chris Wilson on one end, and Sitex and the Ohio teachers' retirement system on the other – are an indication of a strengthening CRE sector.
Between them, the JVs are looking to acquire more than a third of a billion dollars' worth of assets.
