- Hines has worked with Gehry twice before, once in Berlin and once in Miami.
- The design puts the tower at slightly under 500 feet tall, which would make it the highest building in Berlin.

Hines has said it expects to put between 200 million and 250 million euros into the project and to get into the ground next year. Construction is slated to take three years.
