Sue Klawans has been named director of operational excellence and planning for Gilbane Building Co.
A vice president with the company and long-time leader of client satisfaction initiatives, Klawans will assume a wide range of responsibilities with a direct focus on improving value to clients through a lean approach, including collaboration, efficiency and continuous improvement.
