If home buyers' interest in an area sways construction decisions, Florida is calling.
In a report on search data compiled by trulia.com, Inman News says that the Sunshine State has seven of the top 10 metro areas in which inquiries by out-of-towners exceed move-out inquiries by residents.
The three areas not in a Florida ZIP code in the fourth quarter of last year were Tulsa, Okla., (No. 5), Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario, Calif., (No. 8) and Charleston-North Charleston-Summerville, S.C., (No. 9).
