• The charges cover the death of two people and the injuring of a third in the incident at the Algo Mall shortly after Robert Wood, 64, of Sault Ste. Marie said he had determined that the structure was sound.
• The investigation has been going on since the collapse, and a report from an inquiry commission is not due to be published until October.
