- Thiago Santos, a 29-year-old construction worker, survived a 25-foot fall from the Pulaski Skyway Bridge on Sunday.
- Construction crews were installing safety shielding on the bridge when Santos "suddenly fell feet first to the ground," according to police. Santos did not break any bones and was reportedly in stable condition at the hospital.
- Santos works for subcontractor Petric & Associates on the CCA Civil-led $1 billion renovation of the bridge.
