Dive Brief:

• Lonking, a large Chinese equipment manufacturer that has not been in the U.S. market, decided to use this year's CONEXPO show in Las Vegas to make its debut. Its display joined those of Sany and Zoomlion, which already sell here.
• Lonking is going to sell primarily through online auction house IronPlanet, though it will have some local dealers, and it's starting off with three wheelloader models and four excavator models along with dozers and forklifts and, later, skid steer machines.

Dive Insight:

Lonking, which makes about 50,000 wheel loaders a year now, will shop to the states from Shanghai. The domestic affiliate for Lonking is International Construction Products, a company begun by former Sany U.S. President Tim King.
