The company is restructuring its ownership, with Jim Phillips, the son of the founder, moving into a new position as president of the company; Drew Phillips will act as director of business development and pre-construction services with longtime executive for the company, Jace Munson serving as COO.

Forma Construction has over 150 employees and sales are anticipated to reach more than $125 million this year.

The firm has worked on projects such as the Hands On Children's Museum and the John L. O'Brien building which is located on the Capitol Campus in Washington. Though the name and ownership are changing, it's worth noting that the leadership will still be made up of familiar faces.
