• San Diego-based developer OliverMcMillan this week picked up where a previous developer left off four years ago in building a mixed-use redevelopment on six square blocks in Atlanta.
• The project that once was going to be named Streets at Buckhead, is estimated to cost almost $1 billion and will have luxury shops, office space, and high-rise residential.
• Former developer Ben Carter sold Streets at Buckhead for $300 million two years ago. He had spent almost  $400 million to assemble the parcels and get construction under way.
