- In one instance, Snow allegedly stole a gas-powered electric generator, and several of the cases saw doors, walls, and windows damaged by forced entry.
Dive Insight:
Snow is now out on bail, and regardless of whether he committed the burglaries he's accused of, this case is a reminder of an ongoing problem at construction sites. Copper wire and pipes are valuable, sometimes easy targets for thieves. Those in charge of a site should always be aware of any and all actions they might be able to take to reduce the likelihood a site they're working on could become a target. While this may be a bit more difficult on a home construction site, if similar problems have been reported in an area in the past, perhaps an arrangement can be made with local police to keep an eye on specific properties.
