Job Description

Duties include but are not limited to overseeing and directing commercial construction projects from conception to completion, ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques, as well as the responsibility for the daily coordination of all contractors and subcontractors.

Qualifications

This position requires a minimum of 7 year’s work experience in commercial building construction projects. Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills a must as well as able to solve problems, meet deadlines, good organizational skills and ability to work individually and as part of a team.
